WORKSHOP: Eating for Your Skin – Nutrition and Wellness Tips for Your Best Skin, Hair, and Nail Health

What: There’s no question that what you put on your skin in incredibly important for a smooth and glowing complexion. But more and more we’re discovering how the foods and beverages we consume, as well as our lifestyles in general, affect the health of our skin, as well as our nails, hair, teeth…the list is endless! The great news is that on April 12th Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and chef Ellie Shortt will be presenting to us! Ellie will provide her top tips for that healthy glow from the inside out, while dismantling many of those misleading myths you may have already come across. She will be discussing the important topics of inflammation, detoxification, and proper digestion as they relate to skin health, and will be able to answer any of your own personal questions about health, wellness, diet, and nutrition.
